Having a better day.

Well I seem to be having a much better day today...My knees and right hip didn't ache so much today and I managed 3 hours out on the nursery with only a couple of short breaks for a brew I got loads achived too...I planted seeds and re-potted quite a few plants and top dressed some plants as well, they do look better now..
I only had my and pills this morning and I've just had them again now and I feel pretty good too...

My back is a little sore tonight but should be ok after a reasonable nights sleep...

I didn't have such a good night last night...My head was full of lots of ideas of this that John could make for me and how I was going to plan out my office next week...well the frame will be up next week and maybe the floor will be put in too....Well that's a start.....

I hope that if the weather stays like it has been today (nice and sunny) My arthritis might not play up to much and I will get plaenty done this week...

Anyway I am quite high sprited to night not sure why, prehaps it's because I got loads done outside today...

I hope I can keep this up... I really could do with out another flair up this week...

I will be lloking after Edward again tomorrow as John will be out all day at the unit...Me and Ewdard are going in to town to do a little shopping then we'll have some lunch no doubt Edward will probably need a sleep in the afternoon...we think he;s growing again...

And of course I'll look forward to John coming home...hopefully not to late as he has another meeting tomorrow night....

Back to me...I'm going to have agood week \I've decided I could do with a full good week...Not just a few good days...so I'll be taking my pills every day so I shouldn't get to much trouble or pain...I'll just have to wait and see...I hope I carry on like today...I really didn't have a lot of pain unti I had finished...

A field of dandelions taken on a walk we had ahilst on holiday in Derbyshire...still not sure why grew fields of dandelions over there, they were everywhere, I know that in cheshire they are classed as an invasive weed...Everywhere you went there were feild after field of them...

The Back Garden Nursery Part 3

New month new page for the nursery...and were busy,busy,busy!!!
It's been a lovely quite warm day so far so I've spent most of the afternoon outside on the nursery as I could see there were lots of little jobs to be done...

I've made a frame and covered it with protection fleece to warm up the soil a bit so I can get a few seedlings planted  at the end of the week ...

 I've had to pot up another batch of bolotto beans as they've out grown there pots again...They do grow so quick....

I've also sown some more stripped courgette seeds and pumpkin seeds as well as some gypsophylla seeds for the summer for cutting flowers...

I've also planted my potato's in the 2nd vegetable patch so I will have to keep a look out for there shoots so I can kept them covered with soil until May when they the leaves can then grow above the ground...as before the end of may we may just get a few more frosts which might not do them to good....

There are so many seedlings that need planting out, there all quite hardy now as the greenhouse that they are growing now is un-heated so they get used to our climate quite quickerly....once out in that greenhouse.....

Hopefully I'll be able to get back out there tomorrow afternoon as I'm at the unit all morning....

And I know I still have a few summer bulbs to pot up and I'm sure there will be more things to pot on...
But hopefully not the bolotto beans again tomorrow (joking).......

1st March happy St David's day

Tuesday 1st March.

A Happy St David's Day to you all...
And what a lovely sunny day it is too, well it is here in cheshire....at the moment....

I have a lovely pot of home grown tete a tete daffodils on my table today as the daffodil is the flower of Wales...and for dinner tonight we will be having leeks with the meal, as that is the symbol of Wales...
I'm making a nice chicken dish and were having mash potato,sweet potato and swede and leeks and homemade cheese sauce....

Then at 7pm we're off to a meeting for the evening.....
John has gone off to the unit early this morning as he has alot to do before tomorrow...Me and Edward are going up tomorrow for the morning as our friend Ed is coming up to collect some of his mouldings which we've made for him....And he's bringing us a few more moulds one of which is for a reindeer and hopefully a sleigh as well....We're also possibly getting a christmas tree mould too as we need to get them made now so there ready for this years festivites....

Anyway I'm off out to do a bit of work on the nursery I'm making a cover for one of my vegetable beds today...

The Last Day in Feb. 2011

Monday 28th Feb.

I can not believe that were at the end of Feb already....Were has this month gone ?...  I just wish the time would slow down...I have so much to do but getting less and less time to do it in... I know that the days are getting longer and in a few weeks time bristish summer time begins again..

.I need more hours in the day...I make lists of what needs to be done each day and yes most days the jobs all get done...tomorrow I have the lounge to sweep, hoover and mop...and the kitchen floor to wash and not doubt there'll be more washing for me to do....i done one load today....but I'm sure John and Edward will fill the basket up over night they do some times....

Wednesday is going to be another busy day, one of John's customers is coming to collect some of his order, and knowing what he's like will probably order more items too...I've got to take him over to the unit...soI'll have the land rover all day....

We have some equipment arriving on Wednesday too, a bag sealer and emergency lighting...
John of course will be busy all week making grp horses and hopefully a cold frame for me....
As well and some decorative beading and he said he might just start on the J40 Austin car this week, there going to be made in to pedal cars and Edward is getting one specially made just for him....
John  wants to make one for me as a garden planter i'm not quite sure where it will go as I am running out of display space for this year....

Anyway March will be here in a few hours well almost 8 hours.......Lady Sarah.

We're up and Running in the Unit.

Saturday 26th Feb.

Well we're now up and running and getting very busy...well John  is...And there are a lot more orders coming in daily....John's up there again today...getting a horse master mould made....
We've got a very busy week again next week and customers are starting to come and collect.

We've had a few deliveries to this week, rolls of grp mating and gelcoat pigment have all arived...So we can now have different coloured moulds, we have black,white,red,yellow,blue and green...And John is also busy designing me a fibreglass coldframe, which I hope to eventually sell on my website....and ebay...

Next week the new work benches are going to be ordered and shelving for storage too as we're going to need somewhere to put all our moulds....

And as I've just had a few bad days with my knees and right hip again...this damp weather is not helping...
I've had to have a couple of days of rest...I got really bad on thursday and wasn't much better yesterday...

Hopefully things will get better for me over the next week....If the weather improves....
Anyway John has got loads to do in the next few days, although he has said that he will not be working tomorrow, so we might go of out somewhere for the day...that would be nice...

John  has got me some paperwork to do for him next week...as I have offered to do all that sort of thing for him as he's not so good at it, and well I am as I have all the paperwork to do on the nursery...

John is quite excited about the prospect of what we can eventually achive with the new company and there is so much more we can make....

Yet Another Sleepless Night

It's now Tuesday 22nd Feb at 1-50am 

I'm having yet another sleepless night, but I decided that I'm better off downstairs so I don't disturb John .....and I can get on the internet with no interruptions.....I'm in quite a bit of pain again in my back and right hip which isn't helping...
I should be tired as I did quite a bit for John up at the unit today and moved all the moulds from one end of the unit to the other...and today, later on were off up to b & q  for some timber and pvc sheeting to build the hot room...so that all the moulds can dry out a bit quicker.....
I don't know why I'm wide a wake...
I had a sleeping pill  and hour before I went up to bed and they usually knock me out, but not tonight....obviously....

I'm getting really fed up  with this I've had two reasonable nights sleep and now back to being wide awake again...and it's not fair on John or Edward as I do not like to keep disturbing them...

Anyway I've not heard any news for a couple of days...What is going on out there in the world I wonder?....Anymore weird weather ?......

I't's very quiet here at night except for Benji the dog snoring....he's all tucked in his bed for the night the lazy dog, he  didn't get up until gone 10am yesterday morning....Mind you neither did Edward.....

I have to say that I am quite looking forward to today...it will make the unit look better and hopefully in another couple of weeks time we will be able to start to build my office.....

I've already choosen the desk i'm having in there and computer and next week I get a catolgue which is full of storage ideas which I'll need alot of....

And the other news of the day is that very soon I'm going to start to write a horticultural book I was told about a website which publishes them for you and helps you to write them and give s you lots of info on how to write and get them printed......the website is http://www.blurb.com/
You should have a look of your interested they're printed quite cheaply too....

Another Not So Good Day

Saturday 18th Feb.

I have been having a lot of trouble again with my back and knees which are all swollen up again...as well as my right ankle...
I haven't sleep properly for 3 nights and I had to have a rest this afternoon...as I felt awful...but the rest did me some good ...And I did enjoy going to see my mother and father this evening...
Edward had a great time and ate all his dinner....I've had some more painkillers but stillfeel very achy and I think I'll be having an earlish night as we're all up at the unit in the morning.....As our friend Pete is moving his beetle in there with us....and I've got to move a lot of this around so we can get the car init's position....
I need to be ok to help out......
I have to say that for some unknown reason I've been in quite a bad mood on and off all day.....I'm feeling a little happier now.....and getting out this evening did do me some good...

Edward had a great time running around and reading his books that he keeps up there...he got a new dvd of his nanny and grandad full of nursery rhymes.......

I just hope this relapse is because of the change in the weather again as it's cold and damp outside which always seems to make my athritis worst.....
The other extreme is it flares up if it's to hot....and I don't particularly like hot weather I'm usualy ok if it's cold and frosty or mild sunny weather ......
I just hope this is not a sign of things to come...i really don't want to go back to how I was 6 months ago..Then I was in a bad way I'm still in constant pain but it's better managed now.....

Anyway just watching Mamma Mia then off to bed...great film...since last wek we've watched nearly every day..as we really like all the abba music....

My New Diet

Wednesday 16th Feb.2011

Today I've decided that it's time to start on a diet as I weighed my self again last night and I was 15 stone although I think that I don't feel that heavy...I was that weight after having Edward...Though I have to admit we all over indulged at Christmas..and seeing as it's almost Spring I think it's time that I/we did something about it..
So were back on salads soup chicken and veg, with a little pasta and rice...and potato's once a week...it worked last time and some more exercise  and couple of extra dog walks and baby walks...I think is needed..
Mind you the more I get out side will help me too...and of course I do have to be careful not to over do it...

I do feel  like i've put on some weight I lose nearly 2 stone just before christmas and felt really good too...But I/we did eat far to much and didn't do to much exercise throughout december....to cold and wet....well that was are excuse...not good really....

So as from today were back on our diet...and yes it does work...

I will be keeping a dairy on this page of how I'm/ were doing....
We'll be having a weigh in once a week on a Wednesday evening...so I'll keep up posted on how we are doing each week..and what we are eating....

Tonight we are on boiled rice with homemade sweet and sour pork, with  no fat on the pork all cut off...followed by a couple of apples....

So I hope this will help and encourage me and other people on a diet ...Good luck to any of you that are dieting I know it can be hard and you'll like me have days when you could eat lots of fatty  things ...I know I've had a few of those....last diet I did....

Valentines Day 2011

It's Valentines day again. I've had quite a nice day, John  bought me some lovely flowers and a really nice bottle of wine, which I'm drinking right now...as it taste really good It's one of my favorite rose wine, it taste of fresh strawberries and black currents....

We had a really nice dinner to new potato's and fish with homemade parsley sauce, which I made...

John has had to go out to a meeting, but has promised not to be to late back home so we'll still get a bit of time together..

He had a good morning at work...He said he'd got loads done, me and Edward are going with him tomorrow...We said we hated being aparwell it's very true we do....We talked while we had dinner and said at around 11am we were both wondering what each other was doing...well I was washing up and getting another load of washing ready....John was making a galloper hore mould....

John thinks we'll just be there for the morning again as if it is nice I want to be out in the nursery and garden tomorrow afternoon....

I'm going to get some photos tomorrow of our unit and John working in it...

Hope everyone else had a good Valentines day..and if not....there always someone out there waiting for you...the one...your true love...It does happen...I know...as I've now found mine...and he's wonderful, kind, gentle. romantic, my knight in shinig armour...and a perfect gentleman....and always has been....

The Garden Nursery 2011 Part 2

Thought I'd start a new blog with the nursery as the other page is getting a bit full.

As I said on my last post, I'm very excited that I've got lots of seedlings,  so  now I've  dedcided to keep a log / diary of what grows each day...Then I;ll get them potted on...In a few weeks time they'll be ready to go on my website page listings then I'll start selling them and also planting some of them out in my veg beds for fresh very tasty vegetables...

Think I'll add a few pictures of my plants.

We're moving into a new commercial unit

At long last we've found a unit so John can get on with his GRP work, and there's loads of it....

We've been to have a look at the unit today and fingers crossed we move in early next week...

John is getting very excited, I'm glad because i'll get my potting shed back atfer 18 months without it....

Anyway off for our dinner now (tea)  bit late tonight as we've been so busy....

Felt tired so we all went back to bed

Well after a busy morning and lunch time we all felt so tired so Edward went off to his cot and me and John had an afternoon sleep, the only thing was we slept through to 7-15pm...Then we all got up again and had dinner (tea).

We had a ploughman's supper lots of cheese and homemade pickles with crackers and crispy bread..Edward had some too, a bit if cheese and bread and he pinced my crisps ...as usual....Anyway he's off up to bed shortly, he'll sleep through until 8am tomorrow morning now....Aren't I lucky.....

I do enjoy every now and again having an afternoon sleep, it seems to rebuild my energy.
I have to admit I do feel much better for a sleep now.......

We're now starting to watch our Harry Potter dvd's we have the full set can't wait for the last 2 to come out on dvd then I will have the complete collection, we're on number 1 tonight "The Philosipher's stone" it's interesting to see how they all grow up throughout the films, they all look so young in the 1st one....

ANyway going to get Edward ready for bed now...he's says nite,nite....to you all...Lady Sarah.

Another One of my Hobbies

I have had a real passion for fairground art for many years and have owed and still do own several fairground rides.

I've been painting and help re-paint quite a lot of fairground rides and lots of animals off many different rides.
My favorite to re-paint are galloper horses.

I'll have to post some photos later , Can't get any on this page right  now.

I started painting fairground rides in 2004 and really enjoy doing it, I've restored a set of 1930's swing boats and help to restore an 1893 set of juvenile galloppers.

I also do a lot of work on hauted houses and hope that some time in hte very near future that I will with the help of John build our own haunted house.

I'll be starting the re-paint another set of juvenile gallopper horses later on this year, so I going to be very busy this summer.

Feeling A Bit Better.

Sunday 6th Feb 2011

After 2 weeks of a lot of pain, it's finally started to easy.
I'm not sure why it got so bad again although I do know that like most forms of athritis i get what is called flair ups...which is when nit gets really painful and all joints tend to swell up and ache all the time.

This can be treated with medication, and YES it does help when your really in alot of pain...
I have to say that I do not like taking loads of pills, but if thats the way it has to be then I will just carry on with the pills.

I have to take 4 every morning 4 more at lunch time and 4 or 5 depending on how bad I am just before bed time....

There all for different things 3 are painkillers 1 is an anti-inflamitary, 1 is to stopped my tummy reacting will the a/f pill and I also have a sleeping pill but I try not to take them every night, only when I'm really in need of taking one....

I do use Valarien pills which is herbal pill and it does help me get a good nights sleep,but again I only take this if I do really need it, instead of the other sleep pill.

And yes some days I sure I rattle....Hahahaha!!!!!!.


Anyway today I'm not to bad and the painkillers have worked well again, I must keep remebering to take them as if I don't, the pain and swelling just gets worst and worst....

My knees are still quite sore and my hip is still aching but not as bad as it was 2 weeks ago....

What Weird Weather...What is Going on Out There

Wednesday 2nd Feb 2011

It seems very strange all this different weather we're having.

We hear  today that there has been a cyclone in Austrialia, and a few weeks back they had lots of flooding.

There were mud slides in several countries and Scotland seems to be having an awful lot of snow, mind you we did have a long spell of very cold weather just before and during the christmas period.

So what do I think is going on out there.
Personally I do not believe that there is such a think as global warming,(although I am not a scientist and I do know alot about things that go on there)

There are alot of scenetist that say that there is global warming...but looking at past records, this sort of thing has happened before....

So here we go, I think that it is something to do history, this sort of thing has happened before. Many thousands of years ago....There is talk that there maybe another planet or star in our atmosphere that may just be affecting what is actully happening up there.
I will talk about this subject tomorrow.

Back Home to Cheshire.

Well we're back home again now, all is well here in not so warm Sandbach...although it it warmer than up in Rochdale it doesn't look like there had been much frost down here whilst we'vr been away, all the plants have done very well in the nursery evn got a few green shoots and some lettuce plants ready to go in to the greenhouses veg bed...Which I'll sort out tomorrow.

Edward was absolutly shattered this evening and went to bed early at 6-30pm. 
John has gone off to a meeting and I was supposed to go to another meeting but couldn't as there would of been no-one in to look after Edward....

He's had a great time up at granny and grandads he got quite upset when we left this morning as I think he would of liked to stay up there abit longer...

We got back around 11am and then went off shopping and we had our lunch out too which was very nice too....

I had to have a lie down this afternoon as I got a splitting headache but it went after a couple of hours sleep..

Think we may go out tomorrow afternoon, but not sure yet quite where to go.....

No More Land Rover...It went up in Flames....

Not been the best of days today...and it got worst.

Joh was welding on the car the next second it went up in flames and we couldn't save it......
We had to call out the fire brigade, who arrived within a couple of minutes but it was to late and the land rover was distroyed.

It's now just a shell no seats no windows no plastic or rubber, very little paint work left and a hole in the door and bonnet...

I've never been that close to a fire before it spend in seconds, good job no one was hurt, although me and John did breath in a few of the fumes, our chests are a bit tight tonight but were ok...Edward is ok he was really excited about the fire engine being outside the house.....

The land drover is a  right-off, we're going to sort everything out tomorrow with the insurers and dvla...

Were very sad to have lost the land drover as it was part of the family.....but the main thing is,is that were all ok....

Edward John James Thompson: My Beautiful Little Boy

This is a bit about my beautiful little boy Edward.

He was born on 23rd Nov 2008 at 5-40am atfer 5hrs 40 minutes labour.

He weighed in at 9Lbs 2oz and he was still afew weeks early...

The hopsital said he ws due on the 8th of Nov but i'd work it out to be nearer Christmas..

So I was induce on Saturday 22nd Nov and he arrive on the Sunday...
He was heavy I couldn't believe just how heavy he was, I just kept repeating his weitght for about an hour afterwards....

We came home the next day...and he was really good he slept alot qnd still does...he's very intelligent and quick...and funny. He's noisy and always up to something....

He's very entertaining too...he tried to sing and loves to dance as well....

He started waling just after his 1st birthday and loves eating all sorts of food...He's abit like his dad aswell as he's a cookie monster too...

He's despretley trying to talk at the moment and he tells us some great tales in his own laugage....

I will add a few photos of him ata a later date.So you can see just how cute he really is....

The Garden Nursery 2011

This were I will be spending as much time as possible this year.
I have lots of work to do, sowing seeds taking cuttings keeping everywhere tidy.
And I have to help look after Edward and run the house and new business...

The 11th Post !!!! Have a Good Day

Well I'm up to my 11th posting...Edward has just covered evrerything in sticky mint.

And now he's climbing all ove his grannie furnature.

It's Wedneday night and we're all at resting and watching Poirot, Edward is now helping grandad do a suduko puzzle....\he can write the number 1 and 4 now very good for a 2year 2month year old and he can also write the letter "E".

He's just managed to draw a circle too...more by chance I think.


Anyway it's time for him too go up to bed....

I'm enjoying writing about my life  there's so much more to be added as yet.

What's  written so far is very brief and I will add more detail as I go along.

I just wish that I hadn't wasted so much of my life on a fat selfish bully

I am so much more relaxed these days and do get aloud to do just what I want for a change...I'm alot happier too and I've got over lots of difficult obsticals will Johns help.

He did rescue me after all  and changed my life forever......

I will be working on my life story for quite a while so you'll just have to keep coming back to read more...

Must add the other men that have been in my life....and hopefully this time I have found my one true love.....

Lady Sarah Thompson, My Life Story

My life began on 23rd April 1970, born a t 5-20am on a Thursday. I weighed in at 5Lb 9oz......
I spent the first 6 months of my life living in a small village called Goostrey in Cheshire.
Then with my parents Graham and Jean Bunn we moved to another small village called Comberbach, in Cheshire.
I do not remember much about my first few years, other than when I was 2 I nearly drowned when we we're on holiday with my grand parents, It was in sinking sand my dad mangaed to pull me out.

In Decenmber 1974 my brother came along. We used to play alot together  but grew apart in out teenage years, more about that later.

I started school in 1974 at Comberbach primary school, and had many friends there, we had a great time and many of use all ended up at the same high school too....

I started high school in 1981 when i was 11 yeras old. I didn't enjoy my first 3 years there as I was bullied alot, but by 1984 I'd got lots more confidence and coped better with everthing.

We had a wonderful time a primary school, Always lots of things to do, in the summer we went on walks and visited local people. We used to visit and old lady who lived at Mulbury House and have ice creams  just before the summer break the whole school would go....
We used to have really great CHristmas parties too...we always had to take in our own plates bowls and culterlry on that day.
We had a sports day every summer it was always scorching hot on that day....I was in Marbury house we won lots of races and games.

1981:-
This was the year I left primary school and start at high school, at first it was ok but I got bullied alot  for the first 3 years at high school as I wasn't the strongest person, metally or phyicsally....
by 1984 I'd grown up alot, I'd become a woman too.

!984 was also a very special year for me as this was the year that I'd been choosen to be Comberbach Rose Queen, This happen on the say of 25th June the day started off dull and cloudy, by the time the procession was due to start it was scorcing hot and loads of people had turned out for the biggest event of the year. My dads flying club also did a display .

It's a wonderful life being a titled person.

I have had such a great life since 2007 when I became a titled person.
I attend many social events  throughout the year.

I also sit on quite a few committees, I am secretarty to Sandbach Transport Festival and I'm really looking forward to this years event on 16th / 17th April.

I get to meet so many wonderful people and celebraties.

I attend many charity events too...
This year I'll be attending several events in aid of Help 4 Heros which I personally think is a great charity and will be at several Cheshire events throughout the year, first one on 11th June.

Anyway will post more about my title as i go along.
 I'm quite enjoying Blogging and  learning to get around the site now.....

The hunt for "garten perle" tomato seeds

Last year I grow very sucessfully a varity of tomato called "Garten Perle"
This year I can not find it anywhere. or remeber where i got it or which seed company has it in stock...
I am at a lose.
Tomorrow, Tuesday 25th Jan I am going to visit one of my very favorite garden centres "Gorden Riggs"
Hopefully I'll be able to find these seeds there.

John will be busy working on the land drover. He'll be fitting anew water pump as the one thats on leeks...quite a lot....

Think i'm going to see if i can find these seeds anywhere sorry somewhere on the internet.

My Favorite Hobby

My favorite hobby is.....building and flying model aircraft...
I am one of only a few female flyers in the country.
I started to go flying with my dad when I was 8 years old I went with him every weekend and Wednesday nights until i was 27, then made a huge mistake with the wrong person and didn't fly for almost 13 years...My x-partner didn't like me going out doing my own thing....He was nasty and very selfish...I left him after 12 years....Now i have a very loving and cariing man in my life. John has been building model aircraft since he was 8 yrs. old....He's now learning to fly and my dad is teaching him.

I flew with some of the best model pilots in the country my favorite being Paul Heckles, he flew a Halifax bomber, and scale concorde and did amazing aerobatics, with planes and helicopters, he now has his own flying school in Swindon....I do miss him....John has never met him but i'm sure they will meet one day.
And yes i was very much in love with him too (Paul)...
But now John is the best thing to happen to me....And i love him very deeply....

Late this year we are going to get together with lots of other model plane flyers we are joining a mass charity build and fly-in to help raise money for arthrtis resesearch trust. One of my oldest and very good friends Steve Webb has a plane he designed that we are all building called a Webbit...We can't wait to get started on ours...Everyone is going to start building on 1st April and we all meet up on 25th June to fly together for the week end.

Myself and John also design new planes we built one for me last year and have just finished a small jet plane for flying later on this year...it's covered with lights for night flying....
Anyway off for a brew now....I'll be back later....

Up in Rochdale.

Well today me and John and Edward are up in Rochdale,Lancashire.
We 're here so John can do some work on our Land rover....I am having a well earned rest, Edward is having a great time with his Granny and Grandad and uncle Barcley....and Benji the crazy hound is having lots of extra walks.....
I still in pain but it's eased more today a bit more, still on all my  painkillers and I hoping to get out later for a short walk with Benji.....
Although it looks like it could rain soon.
Had a reasonable nights sleep to last night....and was up at 9am this morning. John's mum made soup for lunch and we're having steak and kidney pie for ur tea....We always get well fed up here and it's always good homesome good food and plenty of it too....We have puddings most nights too....
Had a good walk last night with John and Benji, althoughy my left hip was suffering most of the day, not quite sure what i had done to it, but the walk eased the pain, so did the painkillers later....
Think i'm going to talk about my favorite hobby next....

Another Day,In Pain.

Not having a good day, It's very cold here in Sandbach today.
I've taken all my pills, and decided that i'm better off keeping warm inside today.
Looks like it will freeze here tonight.
John is being very helpful, Edward has gone off to bed for his afternoon nap.
I'm looking forward to having a week or so away up in Rochdale with John's parents, I can have a good rest.
Hopefully I get a few lie ins to.
Edward gave me a lovely big cuddle this morning and brought me some of his toys to play with, I couldn't get hold of some of them to fiddlely.
Anyway soaked my hands in my pain relief cream, and there working much better now.
John is going to make our dinner (tea) tonight sweet and sour pork with his delicious homemade egg fried rice.
Think i will be having an early night...eventually got into bed at midnight...didn't sleep to well, just couldn't get comfy.

Welcome to my blog

Hello to everyone, I'm very new to this blog....first time actually.
So Here's a bit about me.
My name is Lady Sarah Thompson. Yes I am a titled person,I am almost 41 years old and have a wonderful Husband and beautiful son  called Edward who's 2yrs 1month old.
I run a small garnden nursery in Sandbach Cheshire and have done so for over 10 years, My husband John make and creates GRP products he has a small factory in Bradwall, nr. Sandbach.

I have worked with plants since before I left school and have many years of knowlege about gardening and growing all types of plants.

I enjoy lots of other things other than gardening, I build and fly model aircraft, take loads of photographs and enjoy having a nice walk , when I'm well enogh, I suffer from osteo-arthritis, I have my good days and bad days too.

I enjoy seeing new films too.
My favorite drink is cider
I love any Italian food and cook it when i can, I'd live on pasta and salad if i could, but i like chocolate to much as well.

John looks after me when my arthritis is bad, and he's brilliant with Edward.

Anyway that's enough about me for  now.
